We aim to deliver your purchase in the shortest possible time. UK orders will be shipped by Post. Minimum delivery charge is £4.95
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive. All orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday Monday shall be processed the following working day. For example; If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES
Swish will refund or exchange any item bought Online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of receipt is provided.
Swish will NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:
– Any item returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
– Items that have been worn.
– Items where the tag has been removed, unless the item is deemed faulty.
– Any product deemed by Swish not be in perfect saleable condition e.g. “Sold as seen”
Refunds apply to items bought online only, and not to items bought in store.
Address – Please send all Returns to Swish, 5 Liston Court, Marlow SL7 1ER quoting “website”.
Receipt – Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Returned items not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted.
Exchange – Swish will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is required, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
Jewellery and Accessories – Pierced Earrings can not be returned for a refund or exchange.
Lingerie – can not be returned for a refund or exchange.
Condition – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.
Refund – If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged or faulty goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
RETURN POLICY – SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE
As above, except that all Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date and proof of receipt is provided.
RETURN POLICY – IN STORE PURCHASES
Swish does not offer an in store Refund.
Refunds may only be applicable if the item is seen as faulty; this is at the discretion of the manager.
You can return an item for an exchange or credit note provided that the item is returned within 14 days unused.
All Sale items are final, no exchange or credit note given.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
